城轨交通石墨烯复合加热面板的制备及其性能分析

摘要 为改良极寒气候下城轨交通车厢热环境,将石墨烯(GN)作为填料加入碳系电加热涂层,采用热压工艺将加热涂层与环氧树脂半固化片复合,制备出可作为车厢地板表层面板使用的石墨烯复合加热面板。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了加热涂层的微观形貌,用自制电加热实验平台和高低温电子万能材料试验机分别表征了加热面板的电热性能和力学性能,探讨了石墨烯质量分数对加热涂层电热性能的影响,同时研究了涂布形式对加热面板电热性能和力学性能产生的影响。结果表明,石墨烯加热涂层满足车厢采暖需求,条形涂布形式能显著提高加热面板的抗剥离强度,且其在60℃的工况下拉伸、弯曲性能保持率大于85%,并能通过设计涂布方式对面板进行电热性能调控。 In order to improve the thermal environment of urban rail transit carriage in extremely cold climate,graphene(GNs)was used as filler added into carbon electric heating coating.And the heating coating was combined with epoxy resin semi-cured sheet by hot pressing process to prepare the graphene composite heating panel which can be used as the surface panel of carriage floor.By scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterization of the heating coating microstructure,using the test platform and electric heating,high and low temperature respectively represented the electronic universal material testing machine heating panel,electric performance and mechanical performance,discussed the graphene concentration affect the performance of electric heating coating,the coating were studied form of heating panel electric performance and mechanical properties of impact.The results show that the graphene heating coating can meet the heating requirements of the carriage,strip coating can significantly improve the peel resistance strength of the heating panel,and its tensile and bending properties retention rate are greater than 85%at 60℃,and the electric heating performance of the panel can be controlled by the design coating method.
