摘要
根据碳达峰碳中和目标下的新政策、新要求,结合我国目前的能源结构与煤矿实际,对煤矿碳排放进行了分析,并从集成集约、智能建设、绿色开采、循环利用、捕获封存、生态治理等6方面构建了煤矿“减碳”有机体系。采用碳排放强度,即单位生产总值的CO_(2)排放量,作为衡量煤矿低碳发展水平的指标。通过分析煤矿煤炭生产过程以及煤炭燃烧利用、废物综合利用等环节碳排放源,将煤矿碳排放源分为能源消耗排放源、逸散排放源等,以便有效衡量煤矿低碳化发展水平,动态调整“减碳”措施。
According to the new policies and requirements under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization and China’s current energy structure and the actual situation of coal mines in China,the carbon emissions of coal mines are analyzed,an coal mine carbon reduction organic system is constructed from six aspects:integration and intensification,intelligent construction,green mining,recycling,capture and storage,and ecological governance.The carbon emission intensity,that is,the CO_(2)emission per unit of GDP,is used as an indicator to measure the low carbon development level of coal mines.By analyzing the carbon emission sources in coal production process,coal combustion and utilization,waste comprehensive utilization and other links,the coal mine carbon emission sources are divided into energy consumption emission sources and fugitive emission sources,so as to effectively measure the low carbon development level of coal mines and dynamically adjust the"carbon reduction"measures.
