岩石巷道锚喷复合隔热型混凝土材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 以隔热材料中的隔热混凝土作为着手点,从发泡混凝土与轻集料混凝土2个角度出发,选取了陶粒、聚苯颗粒作为骨料,并使用铝粉膏进行发泡处理,通过正交试验法制作1种新型隔热混凝土材料,依照国标测定其隔热性能、抗压强度,最终优选出导热系数为0.139 8 W/(m·K),仅相当于普通锚喷混凝土1/12的新型配方;依据其隔热性能,应用Fluent数值仿真软件,模拟了矿井通风条件下此种新型混凝土喷浆的隔热效果,结果表明:相比普通混凝土,巷道中心温度最高降低8.8℃,效果显著,具有良好的应用以及拓展前景。 Taking the insulating concrete in thermal insulation materials as a start and from the perspectives of foamed concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, ceramsite and polystyrene particles are selected as aggregates, with aluminum powder paste used for foaming treatment, a new type of insulating anchor sprayed concrete material is fabricated by orthogonal experiment method, and its insulation performance and compressive strength are measured by the national standard. Consequently, a new formula with thermal conductivity of 0.139 8 W/(m·K) is chosen, which is only equivalent to 1/12 of ordinary anchor sprayed concrete material. Based on its insulation performance, the Fluent numerical simulation software is utilized to simulate the thermal insulation effect of this new type of concrete under the condition of mine ventilation. The results show that compared with ordinary concrete, the temperature in the center of roadway is reduced by 8.8 ℃, which has a significant effect and good application and development prospect.
