摘要
研制了一台室内感应门智能化综合性能测量装置,驱动机构由伺服电机、同步轮、同步带及玻璃吊夹组成,可轻易实现运动;感应装置由距离传感器、冲击力检测仪、汽缸、镀铬棒、十字夹、立式光轴支架等组成,且配置红外动体感应、微波动体感应、柔垫静体感应、光电静体感应、超声波静体感应、电容接触感应等多位一体功能,附带汽缸和挡板,能适应不同开启方式、感应类型的室内感应门测量要求。系统智能化程度高、操作便捷、控制灵活,数据准确,填补了室内感应门测量设备领域的空白。
A detection device about comprehensive performance for interior door with automatic sensor is developed. The driving mechanism is composed of servo motor, synchronous wheel, synchronous belt and glass suspension clamp, so achieve easy movement.The sensing device is composed of distance sensor, impact force detector, cylinder, chrome plated rod, cross clamp, vertical optical shaft bracket, etc.The induction device is equipped with infrared moving body induction, microwave moving body induction, soft cushion static body induction, photoelectric static body induction, ultrasonic static body induction, capacitive contact induction and other multiple integrated functions, attached with air cylinder and baffle, which can adapt to the detection requirements of interior door with automatic sensor with different opening modes and different induction types.It fills the gap in detection equipment of interior door with automatic sensor.
