摘要
针对解决倾角仪的校准需求,设计了一套基于视觉系统的倾角仪自动化校准装置。装置以高精度的圆光栅角度编码器为核心,保证整个校准方法的校准准确度;设计一套能够适应各种规格倾角仪不同装夹方式的夹具结构;通过CCD摄像头进行数据采集。该校准方法操作简单、准确度高。最后通过不确定度分析和比对来验证该方法的可行性。
In order to solve the calibration requirement of inclinometer,this paper designs an automatic calibration device based on vision system.The device uses a high-precision circular grating angle encoder as the core to ensure the calibration accuracy of the entire calibration method;Design a set of fixture structure that can adapt to different clamping methods of various specifications of inclinometer;Data acquisition is carried out based on CCD camera. The calibration method is simple in operation and high in accuracy. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified through uncertainty analysis and comparison.
