装配式钢结构可拆卸楼承板角钢桁架支撑体系研究

文章主要介绍装配式钢结构中楼承板角钢桁架支撑体系的施工工艺及技术要点。通过BIM建模及受力分析计算,对材料、连接形式、支撑形式等进行反复论证优化,形成了一整套包含桁架制作出厂、现场拼接安装、浇筑后拆除倒运等关键控制点。对装配式钢结构工程楼承板施工中的痛点进行了重点分析,确保楼承板拆模后的观感及质量,并且不受底层施工条件影响,可多层同时进行施工。角钢桁架支撑体系经济性、安全性及操作性较为优秀,具有十分可观的市场应用前景和较高的研究价值,可以为类似装配式工程提供借鉴经验。

This paper mainly introduces the construction process and technical points of the building bearing plate angle steel truss support system in the prefabricated steel structure.Through BIM modeling and force analysis and calculation,the materials,connection forms,support forms,etc.are repeatedly demonstrated and optimized,forming a set of key control points including truss production,on-site splicing and installation,demolition and backward transportation after pouring.The pain points in the construction of the prefabricated steel structure engineering floor are analyzed to ensure the appearance and quality of the building support plate after the demoule is removed,and it is not affected by the underlying construction conditions,and can be constructed at the same time on multiple floors.It can provide lessons for similar prefabricated school projects.
