某大跨网架钢结构多点同步卸载模拟 被引量:1

Simulation of Multi-point Synchronous Unloading of a Long-span Space Truss Steel Structure

摘要 某大跨网架钢结构安装时采用满堂架支撑体系,卸载时拟采用千斤顶逐级卸载的方式进行,但由于施工现场作业时部分卸载节点无法放置千斤顶,故需确定合理的卸载顺序,以使结构在施工过程中保持整体受力稳定的需求。文章利用Midas Gen有限元分析软件,通过对大跨网架钢结构的施工过程模拟,确定卸载方案的可行性,保障施工安全。 The full framing support system is used in the installation of a large-span space truss steel structure,and the unloading is planned to be carried out step by step by Jack.However,due to the fact that part of the unloading nodes can not be placed on the jack during the construction site operation,it is necessary to determine a reasonable unloading sequence,so as to maintain the overall force stability of the structure in the construction process.In this paper,Midas Gen finite element analysis software is used to simulate the construction process of long-span space truss steel structure to determine the feasibility of unloading scheme and ensure the construction safety.
