Application of Foundation Treatment Technology in Soft Soil Area of High-rise Residence

稳定的地基是建筑工程项目能够顺利推进的关键。软土地基的处理是房屋建筑工程中经常遇到的问题。以G23地块为例,项目基坑土质为软土,地质条件差,周围建筑物众多,文章针对此项目软土地基的施工特点,分析各类地基处理技术在软土地基中的适用性,提出适用于我国高层建筑工程软土地基处理的措施,为建筑施工企业应对软土地基问题提供参考。

The stable foundation is the key to carrying out construction projects successfully. The treatment of soft soil foundation is a problem encountered usually in building construction engineering. Take 2020G23 plot(plots B and C) project as an example, the foundation of the project is soft soil with unfavorable geological condition and numerous surrounding buildings. in the view of construction characteristics of soft soil foundation in this project. the paper analyzes the applicability of various foundation treatment technologies in soft soil foundation, and proposes technological measure suitable for the soft soil foundation in high-rise building projects in my country. This paper provides reference for construction enterprises to deal with soft soil foundation problems.
