摘要
文章以软土地区某地产基坑工程为背景,综合考虑周边环境和施工需求,通过对比分析多种支护方案可行性后,采用PCMW工法与高压旋喷锚索联合支护。在基坑开挖过程中,对PCMW工法桩桩顶位移、深层水平位移和道路沉降等进行持续监测,以确保项目施工的安全性。同时根据规范设计要求计算该联合支护型式在软土地区的桩身受力情况和桩身变形规律,观察对比实测数据和计算结果。结果表明:PCMW工法桩与高压旋喷锚索联合支护结构安全性较高,经济性较好,可提供敞开施工操作面,在软土地区有一定的应用价值,可为类似工程提供参考。
Taking the foundation pit project of a real estate in soft soil area as the background,considering the surrounding environment and construction demand comprehensively,after comparing and analyzing the feasibility of various support schemes,the combined support of PCMW method and high pressure jet grouting anchor is adopted.In the process of foundation pit excavation,the pile top displacement,deep horizontal displacement and road settlement of PCMW method pile shall be continuously monitored to ensure the safety of the project construction.At the same time,according to the design requirements of the code,the pile body stress and the pile body deformation law of the combined support type in the soft soil area are calculated,and the measured data and calculation results are observed and compared.The results show that the combined support structure of PCMW method pile and high pressure jet grouting anchor has high safety and economy,and can provide an open construction operation surface.It has certain application value in soft soil areas,and also provides a reference for similar projects.
