基于主成分分析法的东部地区海绵城市建设水平评价

摘要 不合理的规划以及城市规模的不断扩充造成城市水问题愈发严重,推动海绵城市建设具有重要意义。文章依据理论基础初步构建指标体系,利用相关性分析进行筛选,结合专家意见,得到最终海绵城市评价指标体系,由水资源、水生态、科技水平等6个二级指标、21个三级指标构成。运用主成分分析法对指标进行赋权,计算综合得分并排名,综合评价东部地区34个海绵城市建设水平,针对性地提出建议,以期为我国海绵城市建设寻找新的发展思路。 Unreasonable planning and the continuous expansion of urban scale have caused more and more serious urban water problems,and it is of great significance to promote the construction of sponge city.Based on the theoretical basis,the index system is preliminarily constructed in this paper,and the final sponge city evaluation index system is obtained through correlation analysis and expert opinions.The index system is composed of six second-level indicators,including water resources,water ecology and scientific and technological level,and 21 third-level indicators.Principal component analysis was used to assign weights to the indexes,calculate the comprehensive score and rank,comprehensively evaluate the sponge city construction level of 34 cities in eastern China,and put forward targeted suggestions in order to find new development ideas for sponge city construction in China.
