Research and Application of Existing House Safety Management System Based on Geographic Information

既有房屋安全管理体系建设的重要性在城市综合治理中越发凸显,文章探讨建立三级管控的房屋安全管理体系,提出了房屋定期健康体检的理念。结合既有房屋安全排查分析的经验,提炼出房屋安全风险因素,建立了初判标准,同时,依托地理信息建立了可视化房屋安全管理信息系统,实现了房屋地理定位与安全信息的有机结合,平面展示更加直观具体,初步建立了房屋安全健康管理档案。通过实际案例,验证了该系统在房屋安全管理中具有良好的实用性,可为城市房屋安全管理提供参考与技术支撑。

The importance of the construction of existing housing safety management system is becoming more and more prominent in the comprehensive urban governance.This paper discusses the establishment of a threelevel control housing safety management system,and puts forward the concept of regular physical examination of housing.Combined with the experience of existing house safety inspection and analysis,the house safety risk factors are extracted,the preliminary judgment standard is established.At the same time,a visual housing safety management information system is established based on geographic information,which realizes the organic combination of housing geographical positioning and safety information,makes the plane display more intuitive and concrete,and preliminarily establishes the housing safety and health management archives.Through a practical case,it is verified that the system has good practicability in housing safety management,and can provide reference and technical support for urban housing safety management.
