摘要
为研究分户楼板保温对单位建筑面积全年能耗量的影响规律及程度,文章以无锡市40栋居住建筑分户楼板保温构造为研究对象,得出分户楼板使用比例较高的保温材料为挤塑聚苯板、保温隔声板及水泥基复合保温砂浆,选取其中3栋不同高度的居住建筑,分别在无任何内、外保温材料,仅设置挤塑聚苯板为分户楼板保温,仅设置保温隔声板为分户楼板保温及仅设置水泥基复合保温砂浆为分户楼板保温4种情况下,通过PKPM软件模拟计算出单位建筑面积全年能耗量,此方法意在突出分户楼板保温在节能计算中的作用。通过对所得结果的分析,证实了分户楼板保温在居住建筑中有节能效果。
In order to study the rule and extent of the influence of household floor slab insulation on the annual energy consumption per unit building area, this paper finds that extruded polystyrene board, insulation board and cement-based composite thermal insulation mortar are frequently-used insulation materials in household floor slabs by researching the insulation structure of 40 residential buildings in Wuxi. Three residential buildings with different heights are picked, and the annual energy consumption per unit building area is simulated and calculated by PKPM software respectively with no internal or external insulation materials, only extruded polystyrene board, only insulation board and only cement-based composite thermal insulation mortar for household floor slab insulation. This method is intended to highlight the role of household floor slab insulation in energy saving calculation. Through the analysis of the results, household floor slab insulation proves to make for energy saving in residential buildings.
