In order to ensure product quality, it is necessary to avoid the problems of low production efficiency and low product accuracy in mold processing and manufacturing. With the improvement of design and production standards, mold processing machine tools used in production enterprises have been generally upgraded from traditional three-axis machining centers to five-axis machining centers. Therefore, giving full play to the technical advantages of five-axis machining centers and studying their application in mold processing can effectively improve production efficiency and accuracy and ensure product quality.
