基于高层次学徒制模式的“工时制”智能机床与编程课程教学改革研究与实践

摘要 高层次学徒制教学是深化产教融合、完善职业教育和培训体系、推动职业教育高质量发展的一种重要的教学模式。沈阳工学院以培养符合行业发展需要,满足企业生产需求的智能制造工程专业高素质应用型人才为目标,结合专业建设的实际情况,深化改革人才培养模式,构建“一基三能多融合的高层次学徒制岗位对接式”的人才培养模式,以持续培养机器人工程师、数控编程工程师以及数字化工程师等高技术技能型人才。 High-level apprenticeship teaching is an important teaching mode to deepen the integration of production and education, improve the vocational education and training system, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education. It aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents in intelligent manufacturing engineering that meet the needs of industrial development and enterprise production in Shenyang Institute of Technology. Combined with the actual situation of professional construction, it deepens the reform of talent training mode, and builds the high-level apprenticeship training mode of "one base, three abilities and multiple integrations of high-level apprenticeship positions".For intelligent manufacturing enterprises and intelligent manufacturing departments of enterprises and institutions to continue to train robotics engineers, CNC programming engineers, digital engineers, and other high-tech technical talents.
