摘要
为了探究围栏封育对三江源区人工草地植物群落的影响,试验以三江源区围封10年的人工草地为研究对象,对围栏封育区和外围放牧区植被群落特征进行测定分析。结果表明:封育样地调查到20种植物,放牧样地调查到24种植物。封育区群落中禾本科、莎草科和豆科植物重要值较高,放牧区禾本科植物重要值高于封育样地,莎草科植物重要值低于封育样地。封育区地上生物量高于放牧区而地下生物量低于放牧区。围栏封育造成了植物群落丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数下降。围栏封育有利于提高草地生产力,但围栏封育到一定年限后,也会对植被群落产生负面影响。
In order to explore the impact of enclosures on the plant community of artificial grassland in the Three Rivers Source Region, the experiment took the artificial grassland enclosed for 10 years in the Three Rivers Source Region as the research object, compared and analyzed the characteristics of the vegetation community inside and outside the enclosure.The results showed that 20 species of plants were surveyed in the enclosure plot and 24 species in the grazing plot.The important values of Gramineae, Cyperaceae and Legumes were high.The important values of grasses in the grazing plots were higher than those in the enclosed plots, and the important values of sedges were lower than those in the enclosed plots.The aboveground biomass of the fenced plot was higher than that of the grazing plot, and the underground biomass was lower than that of the grazing plot.Fence enclosure resulted in a decrease in plant community richness, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index.Fencing is beneficial to improve the productivity of grassland, and after a certain number of years, it will also have a negative impact on the vegetation community.
