钢箱梁上跨绕城顶推与BIM技术应用

摘要 天台六路过绕城高速立交项目为城市市政路桥类项目,由于施工中桥梁第二跨上跨西安市绕城高速,且临建机械设备场地布置难度大,之施工项目环境和建设工序复杂,有道路工程,桥梁工程,雨污水工程,照明工程,电力工程,顶管工程,同时施工图纸出现变更,工程量核算复杂。为确保项目的顺利进行,项目全过程采用BIM技术,施工前期进行,模拟施工,重点方案利用BIM技术模拟建造,优化设计,保证了施工各个阶段高效精准完成。 Tiantai six passing round high-speed interchange project for the city municipal road and bridge projects,due to the construction of the second bridge up across the city of xi'an round high-speed,mechanical equipment and overlay the layout is difficult,and combined with the construction project environment and the construction process is complex,road engineering,bridge engineering,rain sewage engineering,lighting engineering,power engineering,the pipe jacking engineering,and construction drawings changes,Engineering quantity accounting is complicated.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project,BIM technology is adopted in the whole process of the project.In the early stage of construction,construction is simulated.In the key scheme,BIM technology is used to simulate construction and optimize design to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of all stages of construction.
