药学综合服务对签约高血压患者疗效及用药依从性的影响

Influence of Pharmaceutical Comprehensive Service on Efficacy and Medication Compliance of Contracted Hypertension Patients

目的:分析药学综合服务干预对签约高血压患者疗效及用药依从性的影响。方法:随机抽取5支有药师参与的家庭医生团队为观察组,5支无药师参与的家庭医生团队为对照组,研究对象为2019年7-9月就诊时高血压筛查中发现的新纳入管理的100例成人高血压患者,其中观察组49例,对照组51例。对照组实施常规用药管理,观察组实施药学综合服务干预,对比两组干预前后的收缩压、舒张压及用药依从性。结果:干预前,两组收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学综合服务干预应用于签约高血压患者,可提高其治疗效果及用药依从性。

Objective: To analyze the influence of pharmaceutical comprehensive service intervention on efficacy and medication compliance of contracted patients with hypertension. Methods: Five family doctor teams with pharmacists were randomly selected as the observation group, and five family doctor teams without pharmacists were randomly selected as the control group. The subjects of the study were 100 adult patients with hypertension identified by hypertension screening at visits from July 2019 to September 2019, and they were newly included in the management. There were 49 cases in observation group and 51 cases in control group. The control group was given routine medication management, and the observation group was given pharmaceutical comprehensive service intervention. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and medication compliance before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The medication compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pharmaceutical comprehensive service intervention in contracted patients with hypertension can improve the treatment effect and medication compliance of patients.
