阴道常见微生物感染与宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的关系分析

Analysis on Relationship Between Common Vaginal Microbial Infection and Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection

目的:探讨阴道内常见微生物感染与宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法:选取2021年4-10月在长沙市第一医院妇科门诊进行HPV分型检测的100例患者作为研究对象,均进行阴道常见微生物检测,分析阴道常见微生物感染与HPV感染之间的相关性。结果:100例患者中,有71例患者感染阴道微生物,其中细菌性阴道病(BV)单纯和混合感染36例,支原体单纯和混合感染21例,沙眼衣原体(CT)单纯和混合感染2例,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)单纯和混合感染10例,滴虫性阴道炎(TV)单纯和混合感染2例。VVC、支原体感染和HPV感染情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BV、衣原体感染与HPV感染情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道常见微生物感染会增加HPV感染风险,VVC、支原体感染与HPV感染之间有显著联系;CT、BV、TV与HPV感染之间无明显相关性。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between common vaginal microbial infection and cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of 100 patients who received HPV typing detection in the gynecological clinic of the First Hospital of Changsha between April 2021 and October 2010 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested for common vaginal microorganisms.The correlation between common vaginal microbial infection and HPV infection was analyzed.Results:Among the 100 patients,71 patients were infected with vaginal microorganisms,including 36 patients of simple and mixed infection with bacterial vaginosis(BV),21 cases of simple and mixed infection with Mycoplasma,2 cases of simple and mixed infection with Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),10 cases of simple and mixed infection with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),and 2 cases of simple and mixed infection with Trichomonas vaginitis(TV).There was a significant difference in VVC,Mycoplasma infection and HPV infection(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in BV,Chlamydia infection and HPV infection(P>0.05).Conclusion:Common vaginal microbial infection increases the risk of HPV infection,and there is a significant association between VVC,Mycoplasma infection and HPV infection;there is no significant correlation between CT,BV,TV and HPV infections.
