毫米波联合针灸对非特异性腰痛的治疗效果观察

Treatment Effect Observations of Millimeter Wave Therapy Combined with Acupuncture for Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的:探究毫米波联合针灸对非特异性腰痛的治疗效果。方法:选取北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救医院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的82例非特异性腰痛患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组实施针灸治疗,观察组实施毫米波联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、腰部功能、疼痛程度、炎性因子水平及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰部功能、疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组腰部功能评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-1β、TNF-α及IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在非特异性腰痛患者治疗中,毫米波联合针灸的治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者腰部功能及疼痛水平,并对控制炎症水平和提高生活质量有重要作用,具有显著的应用价值。

Objective: To explore the treatment effect of millimeter wave therapy combined with acupuncture for nonspecific low back pain. Methods: Eighty-two patients with nonspecific low back pain admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Emergency Rescue Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment schemes, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with millimeter wave combined with acupuncture. The therapeutic effect, lumbar function, pain degree, inflammatory factor levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in lumbar function and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the lumbar function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), and interleukin 6(IL-6) between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the quality of life scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment, the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of nonspecific low back pain, millimeter wave therapy combined with acupuncture has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s lumbar function and pain degree, and play an important role in controlling the level of inflammation and improving the quality of life, with significant application value.
