联合检测总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白在心脑血管疾病中的诊断价值研究

Research on Diagnostic Value of Combined Detections of Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol in Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的:联合检测心脑血管疾病患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的水平变化,探讨其对心脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年3月砀山县人民医院收治的55例心脑血管病患者为试验组,同条件选取55例体检健康者为对照组,检测两组TC、TG、HDL及LDL水平,对其进行对比分析。结果:试验组TG、TC、LDL水平与高于对照组,HDL水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组TG、TC、HDL及LDL的阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TC、HDL、LDL的曲线下面积(AUC)相近,且明显低于TG、联合检测指标的AUC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合诊断的AUC明显高于其余4项指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TG、TC、HDL、LDL在心脑血管病的诊断和预防中具有较高价值,可为心血管疾病诊断与预防提供重要依据,值得在临床上应用并予以推广。

Objective: To perform the combined detections of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL) in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and investigate its diagnostic value for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: A total of 55 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Dangshan County People’s Hospital from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the experimental group, and 55 healthy people for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of TC, TG, HDL and LDL in two groups were measured and compared. Results: The levels of TG, TC and LDL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of HDL in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rates of TG, TC, HDL and LDL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The area under curve(AUC) of TC, HDL, LDL was similar and significantly lower than that of TG and combined detection index, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the AUC of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of the other four indexes, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The TG, TC, HDL and LDL have a high value in the diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, they can provide an important basis for the diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, and are worthy of clinical application and promotion.
