流程优化护理分诊对呼吸内科分诊准确率及满意度的影响

Effect of Process Optimization Nursing Triage on Triage Accuracy and Satisfaction of Respiratory Medicine Department

目的:分析流程优化护理分诊对呼吸内科分诊准确率及满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年1-6月贵州航天医院呼吸内科收治的100例患者为研究对象,采用编号法分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规方法分诊,观察组实施流程优化护理分诊。比较两组分诊准确率、分诊效果及满意度。结果:观察组分诊准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组就诊总时间、分诊等待时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、分诊环境、温馨提示、护患沟通评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流程优化护理分诊应用于呼吸内科的分诊效果显著,能够提高分诊准确率以及患者满意度。

Objective: To analyze the influence of process optimization nursing triage on the triage accuracy and satisfaction of respiratory medicine department. Methods: From January 2021 to June 2022, 100 patients who were treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups by numbering method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group used routine method for triage, and the observation group used process optimization nursing triage. The triage accuracy, triage effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The triage accuracy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total length of treatment and waiting time for triage in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The service attitude, triage environment, reminders, and nursing-patient communication scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Application of process optimization nursing triage in respiratory medicine department has significant triage effects, it can improve the triage accuracy and patient’s satisfaction.
