“儿童友好”视角下的城市老旧街区公共空间设计研究--以广州市越秀区先烈中路小学周边街区为例

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF OLD URBAN BLOCKS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF “CHILD FRIENDLY”--TAKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD AROUND XIANLIE MIDDLE ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL IN YUEXIU DISTRICT OF GUANGZHOU CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

城市街区的公共空间是孩子们日常生活使用频率最高的户外场所,然而城市老旧街区内的公共空间受自身规模的限制,通常空间较小。当下城市老旧街区更新的大方向是从宏观的角度思考,缺乏对儿童需求的关注,可能影响儿童的健康成长。文章基于“儿童友好”的背景,通过对广州市越秀区先烈中路小学周边的现状进行分析,结合儿童放学后的行为特征,提出先烈中路小学周边街区公共空间设计的策略。以期能够为儿童友好型城市街区公共空间设计提供一些思路,构建更加完善的儿童友好型街区。

The public space in urban streets is the most frequently used outdoor place for children’s daily life. However, the public space activity places in old urban streets are relatively lacking due to their own scale limitations. At present, the general direction of the renewal of old urban streets is to think from a macro perspective,lacking attention to the needs of children, which affects the healthy growth of children. Therefore, based on the background of building a child friendly city, this paper proposes the design of public space around Xianlie Middle Road Primary School by analyzing the current situation around Xianlie Middle Road Primary School in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and combining the relevant research on children’s behavior characteristics after school, hoping to provide some ideas for the design of public space around Xianlie Middle Road Primary School, and build a more perfect child friendly street.
