基于服务设计理念的哮喘患儿居家康复护理系统设计研究

STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF HOME REHABILITATION NURSING SYSTEM FOR CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA BASED ON THE SERVICE DESIGN CONCEPT

哮喘对于患儿的健康发育有着严重的危害,文章旨在帮助患有哮喘病的儿童提高生活质量,基于服务设计的思维与方法,提出居家模式下的康复护理系统设计策略。通过文献调查与用户访谈的途径,构建用户旅程图,从而分析出用户在康复护理中的问题及服务系统的机会点,进而形成服务系统图并对服务平台进行信息架构,为患儿的哮喘病情改善提供设计思路,以期更好地服务于用户的居家康复护理需求。

Asthma has serious harm to the healthy development of children. This study aims to help children with asthma improve their quality of life. Based on the thinking and method of service design, the design strategy of rehabilitation nursing system in home mode is proposed. Through literature survey and user interview,the user journey map is constructed, so as to analyze the pain points of users in rehabilitation nursing and explore the opportunity points in the service system. Then build the service system diagram and create the information architecture of the service platform. To provide design ideas for the improvement of asthma condition of children, in order to better serve their home rehabilitation nursing needs.
