摘要
文章主要研究在社区智能服务的背景下,基于人工智能和无人驾驶技术的智能保洁车设计,通过市场调研和用户体验相关数据分析,挖掘保洁设施自身存在的问题痛点,并以具体设计案例研究的方式,对社区保洁车的结构功能和布局进行创新优化设计。结合产品未来发展趋势合理运用人工智能和无人驾驶技术,使保洁车拥有自主化运行能力,进而实现社区的统一服务管理,完善社区服务体系,为用户创造安全舒适的生活环境。
This paper mainly studies the design of intelligent cleaning car based on artificial intelligence and driverless technology under the background of community intelligent service. Through the market research and user experience related data analysis, it digs out the pain points of cleaning facilities’ own problems, and carries out innovative and optimized design of the structure, function and layout of community cleaning car by means of specific design case studies. Combining with the future development trend of products, artificial intelligence and driverless technology should be reasonably used to make them have the ability of autonomous operation, so as to realize the unified service management of the community and improve the community service system, in order to create a safe and comfortable living environment for users.
