摘要
为了研究在紫外光老化下掺入抗老化添加剂对其高低温性能的影响程度,本实验选用两种纳米型添加剂,以单级配及复合级配形式掺入到沥青混合料AC-13中,用以研究分析不同组合搭配及添加掺量的添加剂对沥青混合料在抗紫外光老化下的性能影响程度。试验结果表明,当采用单级配形式且路段常年处于高温的季节,建议添加1%的UV-531,可以使其动稳定降幅达到17.1%,若路面常年处于低温寒冷天气,建议添加1%的TiO2,其低温劈裂强度下降为17.7%;若采用复合级配添加剂时,宜选用配比为1%UV-531+2.5%TiO2,其抗光老化性能可提升一倍以上。
In order to investigate the effect of anti ultraviolet additives on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture,the experiment was been planned to select TiO2 and UV-531 two kinds of anti ultraviolet additives,with single grading and composite gradation of asphalt mixture by adding AC-13,which compared the test analysis of the degree of influence of high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture under different gradation.The test results show that when the single gradation and link perennial in high temperature season,adding 1%UV-531,the dynamic stability of a decline of 17.1%,if the road in cold weather year-round,adding 1%TiO2,the low temperature splitting strength decreased to 17.7%;if the gradation of composite additives,should be selected the ratio of 1%UV-531+2.5%TiO2,the anti-aging properties of light can be more than doubled.
