A型肉毒毒素在偏侧面肌痉挛治疗中的临床体会

Clinical experience of applying botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of hemi-facial spasm

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素在偏侧面肌痉挛治疗中的临床体会。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2020年8月间采用A型肉毒毒素治疗的12例偏侧面肌痉挛患者的病例资料。对每位入组患者应用的A型肉毒毒素剂量、注射方式、治疗效果和并发症进行汇总分析。结果入组患者局部注射A型肉毒毒素后,患侧面肌痉挛症状得到明显控制。其中4例患者在随访期内无复发,6例患者予以追加注射1次,2例程度较重的患者,进行了2次追加注射,患侧面肌痉挛得到良好控制,随访期内未再复发。入组患者均未出现不良反应。结论A型肉毒毒素注射可以很好地控制面肌痉挛发作,具有治疗简便、痛苦小、起效快等优点。其具体注射剂量和位点选择需依据患者性别、面肌痉挛程度等因素综合评估后进行相应调整。

Objective To discuss the application of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of hemi-facial spasm.Methods Twelve patients who underwent botulinum toxin type A treatment for hemi-facial spasm from June 2016to August 2020 were enrolled.The dosage,injection method,therapeutic effect and complications of botulinum toxin type A applied to each enrolled patient were summarized and analyzed.Results After local injection of botulinum toxin type A,the symptoms of lateral muscle spasms were obviously controlled.Among them,4 patients had no recurrence during the followup period,6 patients received additional injection once,and 2 patients with severe symptoms received additional injection twice.The spasm of the affected side was well controlled,and no recurrence was observed during the follow-up period.No adverse reactions occurred in the enrolled patients.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection can well control hemi-facial spasm,and has the advantages of simple treatment,little pain and quick effect.The specific injection dose and site selection need to be adjusted accordingly after a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s gender,degree of hemi-facial spasm and other factors.
