摘要
经济的发展促进了食品行业的发展,但是在食品行业的快速发展中,经常出现食品质量问题和食品安全危机,必须要重视食品安全风险控制和食品质量管理工作。本文探讨了风险控制在食品安全质量管理中的重要性,分析了当前食品生产和食品安全质量管理工作存在的问题,重点探究食品安全风险控制与质量管理的有效措施。
The development of economy has promoted the development of the food industry,but in the rapid development of the food industry,the food quality problems and food safety crisis often appear,we must pay attention to the food safety risk control and food quality management work.This paper discusses the importance of risk control in food safety and quality management,analyzes the current problems existing in food production and food safety and quality management work,and focuses on exploring the effective measures of food safety risk control and quality management.
