摘要 为了得到更加精准可信赖的检测数据,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪对水产品中酰氨醇类化合物中甲砜霉素、氯霉素、氟苯尼考残留量进行检测,分析影响测量结果的因素来源,并计算各影响因素的扩展不确定度。计算结果显示,使用测试负离子较稳定的AB液质联用仪对甲砜霉素、氯霉素、氟苯尼考进行测量,其自身的校准因子影响也较大,此外回收率与工作曲线的拟合校准率也不容忽视,因此检测人员不但要注意检测过程的关键环节,也要经常对仪器进行清洗维护,确保仪器处于最优的运行状态。 In order to get more accurate and reliable detection data,the content of acylamyl alcohols in aquatic products was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Thiamphenicol,chloramphenicol and florfenicol belong to acylamyl alcohols,and the factors affecting the measurement results were analyzed,the extended uncertainty of each influencing factor is also calculated.The calculation results show that the calibration factors of thiamphenicol,chloramphenicol and florfenicol are also affected by the use of AB LC-MS instrument,which is more stable in measuring negative ions,in addition,the fitting and calibration rate between the recovery rate and the working curve can not be ignored,so the laboratory personnel should not only pay attention to the key links of the detection process,but also carry out frequent cleaning and maintenance of the instrument,ensure that the instrument is in optimal operating condition.
