本文针对食品安全检测工作进行研究,从食品质量安全问题的主要成因、食品安全检测技术在保障食品质量安全中的作用、农产品农药残留检测中常用的食品安全检测技术、食品安全检测技术应用的优化措施4个方面进行分析。实践表明,食品安全检测技术的应用能保证食品安全、维护市场秩序、提升食品质量,未来工作中应完善检测标准、规范检测技术、加大监管力度、培养专业人才,才能发挥出食品安全检测的功能作用,满足人们的健康饮食需求。

Focus on food safety detection,this paper analyzes the main causes of food quality and safety problems,the role of food safety detection technology in ensuring food quality and safety,the food safety detection technology commonly used in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and the optimization measures of the application of food safety detection technology.The practice shows that the application of food safety detection technology can ensure food safety,maintain market order and improve food quality.In the future,we should improve the detection standard,standardize the detection technology,strengthen the supervision and train the professional personnel,so as to play the function of food safety detection and meet the people’s healthy diet needs.
