扰动电压观测器与线性补偿策略相结合的死区补偿方法

摘要 为克服逆变器死区时间及开关的导通压降等非线性特性对永磁同步电机(PMSM)无传感器控制系统检测精度的影响,提出一种将扰动电压观测器与线性补偿策略相结合的新型死区补偿方法,对逆变器死区效应带来的不良影响进行抵消.搭建基于脉振高频电压注入算法的PMSM无传感器控制系统模型,分别加入新型死区补偿方法与普通线性死区补偿方法,并进行Simulink仿真分析.实验结果表明:加入新型死区补偿后,系统电流钳位现象得到缓解,转速估计误差减小20%左右,转子位置估计更为准确,证实了新型死区补偿方法的有效性. In order to overcome the influences of the dead zone time of inverter and the conduction voltage drop of switch on the detection accuracy of the sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a new dead zone compensation method combining disturbance voltage observer with linear compensation strategy was proposed to counteract the negative effects of inverter dead zone.The PMSM sensorless control system model based on high frequency pulse voltage injection algorithm was built,the new dead zone compensation method and the common linear dead zone compensation method were added respectively,and Simulink simulation was carried out.The experimental results showed that after adding the new dead zone compensation,the system current clamping phenomenon was alleviated,the speed estimation error was reduced by about 20%,and the rotor position estimation was more accurate,which confirmed the effectiveness of the new dead zone compensation method.
