摘要
分别采用液体分散染料和粉体分散染料,对改性聚酯(EDDP)纤维进行染色工艺实验。研究染色温度、染色时间、pH对上染率的影响。结果表明:染色温度为100℃时,液体分散染料的上染率在95%以上,高于粉体分散染料,液体分散染料能够实现常压染色。优化染色工艺为:染料用量2%,温度100℃,时间40 min,pH 5.5,浴比1∶20,同时可以降低30%~40%的COD排放,染色牢度达到4~5级。
Using liquid disperse dyes and powder disperse dyes,dyeing process experiments were carried out on modified polyester(EDDP)fibers.The effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time,and pH on the dyeing percentage were studied.The results showed that when the dyeing temperature was 100℃,the dyeing percentage of the liquid disperse dye was above 95%,which was higher than that of the powder disperse dyes.Liquid disperse dyes could achieve atmospheric pressure dyeing.The optimum dyeing processes were as follows:when the dye depth was 2%,the dyeing temperature was 100℃,the dyeing time was 40 min,the pH was 5.5,and the liquor ratio was 1∶20,the same time could reduce dyeing COD emissions by 30%~40%,and the dyeing fastness could reach 4~5 grade.
