摘要
选取红松球果6种挥发物的6个浓度梯度对冷杉梢斑螟雌、雄成虫进行触角电位测定和行为反应观测,结果表明:所选的6种化合物均能在较高浓度条件下引起冷杉梢斑螟雌、雄成虫的EAG反应;冷杉梢斑螟雌虫对1 mol·L^(-1)的α-蒎烯、月桂烯和3-蒈烯及1.0×10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)的(+)-α-蒎烯、(-)-β-蒎烯和β-蒎烯的EAG反应值较大,雄虫对1 mol·L^(-1)的(+)-α-蒎烯、(-)-β-蒎烯、月桂烯和3-蒈烯的EAG反应值较大。(+)-α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯和3-蒈烯对冷杉梢斑螟雌、雄成虫均有吸引能力,α-蒎烯只对雌虫表现出吸引能力,(-)-β-蒎烯对雌虫表现为驱避,对雄虫表现为吸引。
Six concentration gradients of six volatiles of Pinus koraiensiswere selected to measure the EAG and behavioral responses of female and male adults of Dioryctria abietella.The results showed as described below.All the six volatiles could induce EAG responses in male and female adults of Dioryctria abietella at higher concentrations. The EAG responses of females D.abietella to α-pinene, myrcene and 3-carene at 1 mol·L^(-1)and(+)-α-pinene,(-)-β-pinene and β-pinene at 1.0×10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)were higher. The EAG responses of males to(+)-α-pinene,(-)-β-pinene, myrcene and 3-carene at 1 mol·L^(-1)were higher.(+)-α-pinene, β-pinene, myrcene and 3-carene were attractive to both male and female adults of D.abietella, and α-pinene was attractive only to females.(-)-β-pinene was repellent to females and attractive to males.
