地佐辛临床应用及其不合理用药研究进展

Research Progress in Clinical Application and Irrational Use of Dezocine

地佐辛为合成的强效阿片类镇痛药,因其具有起效快、疗效好、成瘾性低等优点,临床上应用广泛,并常与其他药物联合使用,以期达到最佳镇痛效果。但研究发现,随着临床的广泛应用,不良反应报道也日渐增多。本文对地佐辛的临床应用、不良反应、不合理用药以及经济性方面进行分析和综述,以期为临床用药提供参考。

Dezocine,a synthetic and powerful opioid analgesic,is widely used clinically and often in combination with other drugs to achieve the best analgesic effect thanks to its advantages such as quick effect,good efficacy and low rate of addiction.However,studies have found that with the extensive use of this drug,adverse reactions are also increasing.This paper analyzes and reviews dezocine in terms of clinical applications,adverse reactions,irrational drug use and cost in order to provide clinical reference for medications.
