临床药师参与1例药物热诊治的临床实践

Participation of a Clinical Pharmacist in the Diagnosis and Treatment of One Case of Drug Fever

目的探讨临床药师参与药物热诊治的思路与方法,保障患者用药安全。方法临床药师参与1例药物热患者的诊疗,通过综合分析患者的临床症状、药物治疗史、实验室指标,并结合文献和药代动力学理论,制定出有效的药物热治疗方案。结果患者体温逐渐恢复正常,好转出院。结论临床需提高对药物热的认识和警觉性,临床药师可通过参与药物热的诊治,发挥专业所长,提高临床用药水平。

Objective To explore ways in which clinical pharmacists participate in the diagnosis and treatment of drug fever so as to ensure the safety of patients.Methods One clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of a drug fever patient.After analyzing the patient's clinical symptoms,history of medication and results of laboratory tests,the pharmacist formulated an effective treatment plan for drug fever based on related literature.Results The patient was discharged from the hospital with normal temperature.Conclusion It is necessary to advance our understanding of and vigilance to drug fever.Clinical pharmacists can improve the level of clinical medication by participating in the diagnosis and treatment of drug fever.
