保肝药在葛西术后胆管炎患儿中的临床使用情况和合理用药分析

Clinical Application and Rational Use of Hepatoprotectants in Children with Cholangitis after Kasai Surger

目的了解某医院儿科保肝药的使用情况,对葛西术后胆管炎患儿的保肝药物应用进行分析,为保肝药在儿童患者的合理使用提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析法,收集2021年10月-2022年8月葛西术后胆管炎患儿的病例共66例。对保肝药从适应证、用法用量、联合应用方面进行综合性分析,评价临床用药是否合理,并对不合理情况进行分析。结果纳入分析的66份病例中,研究涉及的保肝药包括6类,共13个品种,不合理用药主要表现为4种:选药不合理、用药存在禁忌症、给药剂量不合理、重复用药。结论葛西术后胆管炎患儿广泛使用保肝药,本研究分析发现临床使用保肝药存在不合理的现象。临床药师通过对部分不合理现象进行总结分析,协助临床医师严格规范用药,可以促进保肝药在临床的合理应用,保障患儿用药安全。

Objective To find out about the use of hepatoprotectants in the Pediatrics Department of our hospital,and analyze the applications of hepatoprotectants in children with cholangitis after Kasai procedure in order to contribute to the rational use of hepatoprotectants in children.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to collect 66 cases of children with cholangitis after Kasai procedure between October 2021 and August 2022.The indications,usage,dosage and combined applications of hepatoprotectants were analyzed in depth to find out whether clinical medications were well-grounded.Results Among the 66 cases included in the analysis,the hepatoprotectants involved were divided into 6 categories and 13 varieties.There were four types of irrational use involving selection of wrong drugs,contraindications,wrong dosage,and repeated medications.Conclusion Hepatoprotectants are widely used in children with cholangitis after Kasai procedure.The clinical use of hepatoprotectants is sometimes improper.Clinical pharmacists are expected to assist in the standardization of clinical medications and promote the rational applications of hepatoprotectants in clinical practice to ensure the safety of children.
