三子养亲汤联合止咳散治疗成人咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果

Clinical Effect of San Zi Yang Qin Decoction Combined with ZhiKe Powder on Cough Variant Asthma in Adults

目的 探讨三子养亲汤联合止咳散治疗成人咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的临床效果。方法 选取2019年5月~2020年5月医院收治的CVA患者98例。以随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例),对照组接受常规西药孟鲁司特钠片治疗,观察组接受三子养亲汤联合止咳散治疗,对比两组临床获益率、肺功能指标[第1秒末用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床获益率为93.88%,高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC与PEF均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-8及TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 三子养亲汤联合止咳散治疗成人CVA,可提高治疗效果,改善肺功能指标,降低炎症因子水平,安全性好,具有临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of SanZi YangQin decoction combined with ZhiKe powder in the treatment of adult cough variant asthma(CVA).METHODS 98 patients with CVA admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(49 cases) and observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets, and the observation group was treated with SanZi YangQin decoction combined with ZhiKe powder.The clinical benefit rate, pulmonary function indexes [forced respiratory volume at the end of the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC) and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)] and Inflammatory factors [interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)] level and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The clinical benefit rate of the observation group was 93.88%,higher than 81.63% of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, FEV_(1),FVC and PEF increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with Zhike powder in the treatment of adult cough variant asthma can improve the treatment effect, improve lung function indicators, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, with good safety and clinical application value.
