科研育人推动职教高质量发展的困境与对策——以广东交通职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 基于新的职业教育法落地实施、数字化助力职业教育大发展、职教本科建设如火如荼的大背景下,分析了以科研育人推动职业教育高质量发展过程中的现状和困境,从宏观层面构建了以科研育人为核心、紧密联系“管理主体的学校、实施主体的教师、作用对象主体的学生”三位一体的科研育人共同体;从学生和教师的微观层面操作上提出了:以“科研”育“高质量人才”为目标,从“奖励引领、学分激励、考核要求”等维度的学生参与科研的激励体系,从“工作量、典型业绩、晋升条件”等维度的教师从事科研的制度体系,给出了学校进行制度设计和管理办法制定的参考意见,为真正把科研育人落到实处提供了参考。 Based on the implementation of the new Vocational Education Law,the great development of vocational education assisted by digitalization,and the construction of vocational education undergraduates in full swing,the current situation and dilemma in the process of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education with scientific research and education are analyzed,and a scientific research education community with scientific research education as the core and closely linked with"schools with management subjects,teachers with implementation subjects,and students with role objects"is constructed from the macro level;From the micro-level operation of students and teachers,it is proposed:with the goal of"scientific research"to cultivate"high-quality talents",the incentive system for students to participate in scientific research from the dimensions of"reward leadership,credit incentive,assessment requirements",and the system system for teachers to engage in scientific research from the dimensions of"workload,typical performance,and promotion conditions",the reference opinions for the school to carry out system design and management methods are given,which provides a reference for truly implementing scientific research and educating people.
