Accelerating the Building of China as a Leading Sporting Nation through High-quality Development

高质量发展是我国各项事业发展的根本遵循,也是体育发展的必然要求。研究以推动体育高质量发展加快体育强国建设进程为立论。研究认为,高质量发展作为建设体育强国的首要任务,其加快体育强国建设的价值追求表现为“提高人民健康水平的途径更加通畅;满足人民群众美好生活向往、促进人的全面发展的手段更加丰富;促进经济社会发展的动力更加强劲;展示国家软实力的平台更加宽广”等方面,并提出“聚焦提升为国争光能力促进竞技体育发展;围绕实施全民健身国家战略促进群众体育发展;紧扣深化体教融合促进青少年体育发展”的路径予以理论回应和实践施策。

High-quality development is fundamental to the development of various undertakings in China,and an intrinsic requirement for the development of sports.This study holds that the building of China into a leading sporting nation can be accelerated through high-quality development.High-quality development is the primary task of building a leading sporting nation,whose values are reflected in improving the people’s health,serving the people’s pursuit for a better life and all-round development,promoting the economic and social development and displaying the soft power of the country.To promote the high-quality development of sports,countermeasures include promoting the development of competitive sports by enhancing the ability to compete for national glory,promoting the development of sports for all by implementing the national strategy for fitness,and promoting the development of youth sports by deepening the integration of sports and education.
