摘要 火力发电机组长期运行后普遍发生高压加热器管束泄漏问题,而合理设置高压加热器运行水位是防止管束泄漏的有效手段。介绍了一种新型的指导高压加热器运行水位设置的方法,即在高压加热器疏水冷却段入口处新增温度测量装置,实时监测疏水冷却段入口水温,用该处过冷度来指导高压加热器运行水位设置;介绍了高压加热器水位试验情况,明确了高压加热器水位以及机组升降负荷过程对疏水冷却段入口水过冷度的影响,提出了高压加热器运行中水位设置的建议,从而有效预防高压加热器管束因汽蚀而引起的泄漏故障,确保高压加热器的长期安全运行。 At present, the breakdown of tube bundle leakage of high pressure heater is common in the operation of thermal power generating sets. The key to prevent tube bundle leakage is to set the water level of high pressure heater reasonably. A new method to guide the setting of running water level of high pressure heater was introduced: adding a temperature measuring device at the entrance of drain cooling section of high pressure heater to monitor the undercooling degree of water in real time, and using this indicator to guide the setting of running water level of high pressure heater. The high pressure heater water level test demonstrated that the influence of the water level of the high pressure heater and the load lifting process of the unit on the undercooling degree of the inlet water of the drain cooling section.Some suggestions on setting water level in operation of high pressure heater are also put forward, so as to prevent high pressure heater tube bundle leakage fault, to ensure long-term safe operation of the high pressure heater.
