上汽西门子1000 MW汽轮机启动调试过程问题分析

摘要 针对某上汽西门子1000 MW机组汽轮机启动调试过程中出现的机组预甩负荷汽机跳闸、空负荷下低压缸静叶持环温度高、高负荷下1瓦轴封冒汽及轴加疏水不畅、机组运行过程中高旁阀快开、停机后主汽温度下降过快及机组振动等问题。分析了空负荷启动、带负荷试运、试验及停机后的控制要点,并说明了上汽西门子DEH甩负荷的控制逻辑,也发现了其中存在的问题,并提出了相关解决方案。通过调整启动参数、优化控制方式、修改DEH逻辑以及细化相关操作等措施,逐一解决调试过程中的各种问题。从而保证机组顺利完成汽轮机空负荷试运,带负荷试运以及一次性通过168 h满负荷连续试运。 In the process of start-up and commissioning of a 1000mw steam turbine of Siemens Steam Turbine, there are some problems, such as pre-load turbine trip, high temperature of static vane holder ring of low pressure cylinder under empty load, steam emission from No.1 bushing shaft seal under high load and poor drainage of shaft, quick opening of high bypass valve and fast drop of main steam temperature after shutdown. The control points of empty load start-up,load test-run and shutdown, and explains the load rejection control logic of Siemens DEH is analyzed, and finds the existing problems, and puts forward relevant solutions. By adjusting start-up parameters, optimizing control mode,modifying DEH Logic and refining related operation, all kinds of problems in debugging process are solved one by one.Thus ensure the unit to successfully complete the steam turbine empty load test run, with load test run and one-time through 168h full load continuous test run.
