Practical Progress and Generative Logic of Academic Library Service Innovation

把握高校图书馆服务创新的实践进展和特征,总结服务创新的生成逻辑,有利于提高高校图书馆服务创新质量和效率,激发服务创新热情。采用案例研究的方法,以2014年、2017年、2019—2021年形成的3个案例集为研究对象,对案例集的服务创新领域进行划分,并对各服务领域的创新实践进展、动因、类型特征等进行分析,通过案例研究总结高校图书馆服务创新的生成逻辑。研究发现,从服务创新领域分布来看,学科化知识服务、信息素质教育、人文社会科学素养教育等是创新的热点领域,而针对知识产权服务、融媒体信息服务和数据管理服务等的服务创新还处于起步阶段;高校图书馆服务创新是组织战略驱动、社会环境驱动和用户需求驱动共同作用的结果。

Grasping the practical progress and characteristics of service innovation in academic libraries and summarizing the generation logic are conducive to the improvement of the innovation quality and efficiency and stimulate the enthusiasm for service innovation.This research adopts the method of case study and takes three case sets of service innovation respectively formed in 2014,2017 and 2019-2021 as the research object.It also divides the service innovation fields and analyzes the innovation practice progress,motivation and type characteristics in each service field.Finally,it summarizes the generation logic of the service innovation in academic libraries on the basis of case study.It is found that disciplinary knowledge services,information literacy education,humanities and social science literacy education are the hot areas of innovation from the perspective of the distribution of service innovation fields,while service innovation for intellectual property,convergence media information and data management are still in the initial stage.It is also concluded that academic library service innovation is the result of the joint action of three drivers of organizational strategy,social environment and user demand.
