摘要
某型4编组双动力动车组在研发过程中需按照相关要求进行被动安全设计。依据车辆质量、编组数、吸能设备(车钩和防爬吸能装置)的布置和性能参数等信息,按照EN 15227标准中最严苛的C-I工况,对车辆的被动安全性能进行了分析研究。分析结果表明车辆在碰撞的过程中车钩缓冲器、压溃管、防爬吸能装置等吸能部件能够完全吸收列车的冲击能量,满足标准要求。
A type of 4 marshalling dual power multiple units requires passive safety design based on relative requirements during its development. The passive safety of this vehicle is analyzed and researched according to its weight, marshalling number, arrangement of energy absorption device(coupler and anti-creep energy absorption device), performance parameters and harshest C-I operation condition in EN 15227. The analysis result shows that the energy absorption parts like coupler and draft gear, crushing pipe and anti-creep energy absorption device can completely absorb the impact energy of the train during collision, which satisfies the requirements of relative standard.
