“全健康”视域下海南自贸港医疗健康产业发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Health Care Industry in Hainan Free Trade Port from the Perspective of"One Health"

2016年党中央、国务院印发《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,提出把健康放在优先发展的战略地位,把健康产业打造成为国民经济支柱性产业。近年来,海南医疗健康产业总体呈现良好发展态势,基于“全健康”理念在海南的迅速发展,医疗健康产业规模必将持续扩大,特色不断凸显,集聚格局初步形成。本文采用文献法、SWOT分析法、调查研究等方法对海南省医疗健康产业的宏观环境以及发展现状进行了梳理、分析、总结,并提出适于海南自由贸易港医疗健康产业发展的路径与建议。

"Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan"issued by the CPC Central Committee and State Council in 2016,proposing to give priority to health development and build the health industry into a pillar industry of the national economy.In recent years,the health care industry in Hainan has generally shown a good trend of development.Based on the rapid development of the concept of"One Health"in Hainan,the scale of the health care industry will continue to expand,its characteristics will continue to highlight,and the agglomeration pattern will initially take shape.In this paper,literature method,SWOT analysis method,investigation and research methods are used to sort out,analyze and summarize the macro environment and development status of Hainan health care industry,and put forward the development path and suggestions suitable for Hainan free Trade port health care industry.
