摘要
目的分析我国健康养老领域相关研究的发展态势和研究热点。方法采用文献计量学方法,基于NoteExpress软件和Nvivo软件,对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库及维普数据库建库以来的健康养老领域相关的文献进行统计和可视化分析。结果三大平台共刊载健康养老领域文献903篇,文献数量在2015年后迅速上升,占发文总数的92.35%。该领域研究热点主要集中在健康养老服务、健康养老服务产业、健康养老服务体系、健康养老服务模式和医养结合、智慧健康养老、中医药健康养老等方面。结论健康养老研究具有时代性,健康养老领域近年来开始受到国内学者的关注,研究热点较丰富。
Objective To analyze the development trend and research hotspots in the field of health care for the elderly in China.Methods Based on NoteExpress software and Nvivo software,the related literatures in the field of health care for the elderly since the establishment of China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database and VIP database were statistically and visually analyzed by bibliometrics.Results A total of 903 articles in the field of health care for the elderly were published on the three platforms.The number of articles increased rapidly after 2015,accounting for 92.35%of the total number of articles.The research hotspots in this field mainly focus on health care services,health care service industry,health care service system,health care service mode and combination of medical care,intelligent health care,and traditional Chinese medicine health care.Conclusion The research on health care for the elderly is of epochal character.In recent years,the field of health care for the elderly has attracted the attention of domestic scholars.
