基于微纳银透明电极的柔性有机太阳能电池研究进展

Recent progress in the flexible organic solar cells based on Ag micro/nano-structured transparent electrodes

摘要 高性能的柔性透明电极是实现高效柔性有机太阳能电池的关键因素之一.以银为代表的微纳金属透明电极,如网格银以及银纳米线等,具有高导电性、高透光性、优异的耐机械弯曲性以及低成本等特点,是柔性有机太阳能电池中常用的透明电极材料.在近10年的研究中,基于微纳银透明电极的柔性有机太阳能电池实现了光电转换效率的不断突破.本文首先介绍了网格银与银纳米线的几种不同的制备方法;接着对银纳米线薄膜导电性的优化方法进行了总结,并综述了基于微纳银透明电极的柔性有机太阳能电池的研究进展;最后对基于微纳银透明电极的高效柔性有机太阳能电池的后续研究所面临的挑战进行了展望. High-performance flexible transparent electrodes play a decisive role in achieving high-efficiency flexible organic solar cells.Silver micro/nano-structured transparent electrodes,such as Ag-grid and AgNWs,hold great promise as an effective flexible transparent electrode for flexible organic solar cells due to their advantages of high electrical conductivity,high light transmittance,excellent mechanical bending resistance and low cost.In the past ten years,flexible organic solar cells based on silver micro/nano-structured transparent electrodes have achieved significant breakthrough in power conversion efficiency.In this review,we first introduced several different preparation methods of silver micro/nano structures.Next,we summarized the optimization methods for the conductivity of AgNWs films.Then,we summarized the progress of flexible organic solar cells based on silver micro/nano-structured transparent electrodes.Finally,we provided a brief challenge analysis for the developments of flexible organic solar cells based on silver micro/nano-structured transparent electrodes.
