摘要
基于出口相对市场份额与出口相对价格角度,综合测算对比中国、意大利、西班牙、美国、葡萄牙和土耳其六个主要番茄制品出口国在全球价值链中的地位。测算结果表明,尽管中国番茄酱出口相对贸易规模较大,但出口相对价格远低于其他国家,中国番茄酱产业在全球价值链中处于较低的地位。新疆是世界第三大番茄酱生产基地,番茄酱出口占到中国番茄酱出口总量的50%以上,结合目前新疆番茄酱产业发展中存在的问题,进一步从低端突破、高端攀升、国内价值链与全球价值链有效协调三个层面提出新疆番茄酱产业升级的策略与思路。
Based on the relative market share and relative price of exports, the positions of China, Italy, Spain, the United States, Portugal and Turkey in the global value chain are comprehensively measured and compared. The measurement results show that although the relative trade scale of China’s tomato paste export is large, the relative export price is far lower than that of other countries, and China’s tomato paste industry is in a low position in the global value chain. Xinjiang is the third largest tomato paste production base in the world,with tomato paste exports accounting for more than 50% of China’s total tomato paste exports. In combination with the problems existing in the development of Xinjiang’s tomato paste industry, we further propose strategies and ideas for upgrading Xinjiang’s tomato paste industry from three levels: low-end breakthrough, high-end climb, and effective coordination between the domestic value chain and the global value chain.
