基于新型产业学院的校企合作协同育人模式研究

The Collaborative Education Pattern of College and Enterprise Cooperation Based on New Industrial Colleges

新型产业的兴起,使社会急需大量的专业人才,校企合作能够将理论知识与实践知识相结合,培养出适应新型产业发展需求的人才。因此,在产业学院的基础上,研究校企合作协同育人模式,通过分析产业学院的校企合作现状,找出校企合作育人模式的重点难点,并针对育人模式存在的问题,从整合产业学院校企的主体结构、协调校企学创合一的育人补偿关系、基于新型产业学院强化校企合作协同育人理念、重塑校企合作场景的育人价值一致性等四个方面,探索校企合作协同育人模式,为培养专业型人才做贡献。

The rise of new industries makes the society in urgent need of a large number of professional talents. The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is an approach to combine theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge for cultivating talents to meet the development needs of the new industries. Therefore, the college and enterprise cooperation and collaborative education pattern on the basis of industrial colleges is studied. It is for finding out the key to and difficulties for the pattern by analyzing the current situation of the cooperation on the basis of industrial colleges. In view of the problems for the education pattern, the paper explores the pattern from four aspects: integrating the main structure of the industrial colleges, coordinating the education compensation relationship, strengthening the concept of the cooperation and collaborative education based on the industrial colleges, and reshaping the consistency of the education value of the cooperation scene, so as to make contributions to the training of professional talents.
