摘要
目的:对比气动式手机与电动式微动力系统两种手术方式下患者术后面部肿胀及张口受限程度,探究两种手术方式在拔除下颌低位近中阻生第三磨牙(IMTI)患者中的实际应用效果。方法:选择2019年5月~2021年5月本院收治的86例下颌低位近中阻生第三磨牙患者为研究对象,根据随机分组原则将其分为研究组与对照组各43例。研究组采用电动式微动力系统进行手术拔除,对照组采用气动式手机进行手术拔除。对不同治疗方式下,两组患者手术时间、术后面部肿胀程度及张口受限程度、术后第3天并发症总发生率差异进行比较。结果:研究组患者手术时间、术后面部肿胀程度、张口受限程度及术后第3天并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与气动式手机相比,电动式微动力系统手术拔除下颌低位近中阻生第三磨牙更加方便快捷,对于减轻手术对患者造成面部肿胀及张口受限等不利影响以及降低术后并发症总发生率具有积极作用。
Objective:To compare the postoperative facial swelling degree and mouth opening restriction degree of patients under the two surgical methods of impact air handpiece and electro-microdynamic system,and to explore the practical application effects of the two surgical methods in the extraction of lower mesial impacted mandibular third molar(IMTI).Methods:86 patients with lower mesial IMTI who were treated in the hospital between May 2019 and May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group with 43 cases in each group according to the principle of random grouping.The study group was treated with electro-microdynamic system for surgical extraction,while the control group was treated with impact air handpiece for surgical extraction.The differences in surgical time,postoperative facial swelling degree and restricted mouth opening degree and total incidence rate of complications on the 3rd d after surgery were compared between the two groups under different treatment methods.Results:The surgical time,postoperative facial swelling degree,degree of restricted mouth opening and total incidence rate of complications on the 3rd d after surgery in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with impact air handpiece,electro-microdynamic system is more convenient and quicker for the extraction of lower mesial impacted mandibular third molar,and the latter one plays a positive role in alleviating the adverse effects of facial swelling and mouth opening restriction caused by surgery on patients and reducing the total incidence rate of postoperative complications.
