SYSMEX XN-1000血球仪在脑脊液和胸腹水白细胞计数中的可行性探讨

摘要 目的:研究SYSMEX XN-1000血球仪在脑脊液和胸腹水白细胞计数中的可行性。方法:以本院2019年6月~2020年5月收治的90例患者作为回顾分析的数据资料来源。实验选取脑脊液和胸腹水患者的标本作为调研的主体,对照组患者采用显微镜镜检法,由技术熟练的细胞室老师进行计数,每份标本计数三次取均值,对数据检验结果做好记录。观察组则为SYSMEX XN-1000血球仪检验法。将结果分为三组[A组为(1~1000)×10^(6)/L,B组为(1001~5000)×10^(6)/L,C组为(>5000)×10^(6)/L]进行统计学分析。结果:从检查质量上看,观察组的检验与对照组结果相比差异无统计学意义,就相关系数上,三组分别为0.994,0.985和0.998,而回归方程中,A组为y=1.008x-1.073,B组为y=1.004x+19.775,C组为y=1.242x-1420.346。除此之外,记录每组检验结果的均值和标准差,A组在显微镜和血球仪的标准差对比中分别为280.213和284.035。B组则分别为1123.137和1145.228,C组则为1884.253和2348.647,可见C组的差异最大。结论:采用SYSMEX XN-1000血球仪可以对脑脊液和胸腹水标本进行白细胞计数,结果具有稳定性,其临床应用具有可行性。但是如果仪器存在异常报警则需要显微镜镜检进行复核,从而确保检验的准确性和可靠性,要结合实际情况选择对应的检测方式,提升检测的准确性。 Objective:The experiment will study the feasibility of SYSMEX XN-1000 blood ball meter in counting leukocytes in cerebrospinal fluid and pleural and ascites.Methods:The samples of patients with cerebrospinal fluid and hydrothorax and ascites were selected as the main body of investigation,and 90 patients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were intercepted.Patients in the control group were examined by microscope,and counted by a skilled cell room teacher.Each specimen was counted three times to take the average value,and the data test results were recorded.SYSMEX XN-1000 blood ball test was used in the observation group.The results were divided into three groups[group A(1-1000)×10^(6)/L,group B(1001-5000)×10^(6)/L,group C(>5000)×10^(6)/L]for statistical analysis.Results:In terms of inspection quality,there was no significant difference between the results of the observation group and the control group.In terms of correlation coefficient,the three groups were 0.994,0.985 and 0.998,respectively.In the regression equation,group A was y=1.008x-1.073,group B was y=1.004x+19.775,and group C was y=1.242x-1420.346.In addition,the mean value and standard deviation of each group of test results were recorded.The standard deviation of group A was 280.213 and 284.035 respectively in the comparison of microscope and blood cell analyzer.Group B was 1123.137 and 1145.228 respectively,while group C was 1884.253 and 2348.647,which showed that the difference in group C was the largest.Conclusion:Using SYSMEX XN-1000 hemosphere can count leukocytes in cerebrospinal fluid and pleural and ascites samples,and the results are stable,and its clinical application is feasible.However,if the instrument has abnormal alarm,it needs to be rechecked by microscopy,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection,the corresponding detection method should be selected according to the actual situation to improve the accuracy of detection.
