注水肠镜联合锥形帽逆行阑尾炎手术治疗急性非复杂性阑尾炎效果

Effect of Injection Colonoscopy Combined with Conical Cap Retrograde Appendicitis in Treatment of Acute Uncomplicated Appendicitis

目的:分析注水肠镜联合锥形帽逆行阑尾炎手术治疗急性非复杂性阑尾炎的效果。方法:选择2019年2月~2022年2月本院诊治的120例急性非复杂性阑尾炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组均60例,对照组采用普通肠镜联合锥形帽逆行性阑尾炎手术,观察组采用观察组采用注水肠镜联合锥形帽逆行阑尾炎手术,比较两组临床效果。结果:对照组插管时间高于观察组(P<0.05),插管成功率低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组进镜时间、手术时间低于观察组(P<0.05);术前、术后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较无意义(P>0.05);术中,对照组VAS评分高于观察组(P<0.05);两组住院时间、体温恢复正常时间比较无意义(P>0.05);对照组下床活动时间高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率较高(P<0.05)。结论:注水肠镜联合锥形帽逆行阑尾炎手术存在可取之处,但也有一定不足。

Objective:To analyze the effect of injection colonoscopy combined with conical cap retrograde appendicitis in the treatment of acute uncomplicated appendicitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute uncomplicated appendicitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Different surgical methods were used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The intubation time of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the success rate of intubation was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The access time and operation time of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);During operation,the VAS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and the time of body temperature returning to normal were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Injection colonoscopy combined with conical cap for retrograde appendicitis has some merits,but also some shortcomings.
